MANDATORY FEES

There is always a certain cost (overhead) to operating any business.  Health Alliance Network strives to keep their Agent fees to a minimum. 

 

Mandatory Fees:

- Activation Fee $95 One Time Fee

- Agency Operations Service $49.99 Recurring Monthly*

- Annual Renewal Fee $95

*Includes Professional Liability Policy (Errors and Omissions Insurance)

Mandatory Fees to Start $144.99 ($95 and $49.99)

OPTIONAL FEES

The Agency Startup Kit "ASK" program prepares you for complete success in servicing your agents and customers.

 

The optional fees are:

- Unlimited TeleMedicine for entire household $34.99 Recurring Monthly

- 3 Month Unlimited TeleMedicine for entire household $99 recurring every 3 months

- Agency Startup Kit Base $250

Optional Fees $34.99 to $250.00

The Maximum out of Pocket Start Up cost with Health Alliance Network is $493.99 and then $84.98 recurring monthly thereafter.  The minimum out of Pocket Start Up cost is $144.99 and minimum monthly recurring cost is $49.99.

04 / COMPENSATION PLAN AND BONUS HIGHLIGHTS

Let's look at the elements of our compensation plan and then look at what motivates and drives new agents to become high achievers.

 

Broker/Agent Compensation Model

Our goal when designing the compensation plan was to design a plan which provided Agents the ability to maximize their opportunity to produce an impactful income with the ease of clearly understanding how you are paid. The results of our plan design and decision to implement a straight forward, understandable, simplified, lucrative compensation structure is the best choice for our Agents. In order to further encourage our agents to hit the ground running, we developed a generous bonus plan.  We have 2 separate and distinct bonus plans.  The Agency Bonus (available to all Director ranks) and the retail sales bonus. 

The Agency Bonus

Simply put the Agency Bonus is an earned bonus that is available to all Director level ranks.  Each rank achievement has a specific bonus assigned to it.  The Agency Bonus is part of a bonus pool.  The bonus pool is divided to all qualified directors at each rank, each quarter and is based on the gross commission-able value of both personal sales and sales in your entire organization.

 

The Retail Sales Bonus

Let's look at the elements to the specific bonus plan we refer to as the Retail Sales Bonus.

 

Any time you sell a three month Telemedicine plan at time of Agent enrollment you will receive a $99 Bonus.

Advantages

The Retail Sales Bonus motivates active and casual agents to build their business.  It rewards the agents for early efforts without tying up commission dollars for a long period.  Agents will be continually rewarded for recruitment of new customers, and new customers are the lifeblood of our business model.  Lastly, possibly the single most advantageous part of the Retail Sales Bonus plan is it's designed to build width and stability in the agency model. 

 

Commission Charge Back Policy

If an agent/customer cancels the TeleMedicine product, then the unearned premium will be charged back to all compensated agents for the sale.

 

Magic Solution

The Retail Sales Bonus is not a magic solution and should viewed only as a tool in the toolbox. When our Retail Sales Bonus programs are utilized properly—and in conjunction with other tools—they can solve problems and serve as the impetus to bigger and better results.

 

The Retail Sales Bonus needs to be viewed as a customer building tool.  We reward for hard work.  As an example, we reward for customer acquisition and completing training programs in a timely fashion.

Summary

The Retail Sales Bonus is an important part of our compensation plan, but it is not a wealth builder.  To build wealth with our compensation plan our agents must be rewarded for a job well done.  Ongoing residual commissions and overrides are the true wealth builders by pushing compensation dollars to the people doing the work, the front line.  Reward for results, not just efforts. 

05 / PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

The Health Alliance Network (HAN) Compensation Plan is a Broker/Agent model built on a foundation of Customer acquisition and development.

 

Program highlights:

Uni-level 7-Tier Compensation Plan

  1. Ranks 

    1. There are 8 ranks (Agent, Broker, Broker Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director, District Sales Director, Regional Sales Director and National Sales Director)

  2. Rank Promotions 

    1. Promotions are achieved through customer sales, each rank promotion requires a minimum of 3 retail customer sales and group volume requirements as outlined below.

    2. Customers sales calculated by personal and entire agency sales.

    3. An individual Agent or a Broker building an Agency have the same criteria for promotions.

    4. Rank Promotion Sales Qualifications are outlined below.  To be promoted from rank to rank, 2 things must occur.  First, meet minimum personal retail customer requirement and second, meet minimum gross organization commissionable sales.  Note that in order to meet minimum qualifications no more the 30-50% (see chart) of dollar volume can come from any one leg of your organization.  In other words, if you have personally sponsored 3 agents no more then 30-50% of the sales can come from any one agent's organization.  You can also qualify with 100% of your own sales as rank and bonus qualifications.

  1. Bonus’s

    1. Retail Sales Bonus - When an agent sells a 3 Month TeleMedicine package during agent enrollment the enroller will receive a Retail Sales Bonus of $99

    2. Director Bonus - Director ranks share in a pool bonus for each rank. Qualification based on personal and total agency customer sales.

  2. Consumer and Employer/Group Sales

    1. Our primary target market is the retail consumer that can utilize our TeleMedicine packages

    2. Our secondary target market are employers, groups, associations and the like.  We have Employer Packages (ER) available at discounted rates based on the number of employees enrolled.  The basic qualification for an ER package is to have

      1. 3-25 employees enrolled and

      2. The employer pays direct for the employees plan.  We do not determine whether the employer sub-bills the employee for coverage or if the employer pays 100% of the plan cost.  For employers over 25 employees, contact the home office for a quote.

06 / AGENT ONLY COMPENSATION PLAN

As a company we realize there are some that see an opportunity to share and sell a much needed healthcare product without the desire to build an agency model.  For those, we developed an Agent Only Compensation Plan.  This plan allows for a solo agent to represent, share and sell our products on a single line compensation plan.  In other words, you are rewarding solely on your own efforts. Solo agents and agency builders have the same criteria for rank promotions and bonus pools.  Please review to the table below for revenue percentages based on the gross commissionable value of sales.

07 / AGENCY BUILDER COMPENSATION PLAN - BASE MODEL

We realize there are many people that see an opportunity to share and sell a much needed healthcare product will also see an opportunity to build a strong agency model.  For those, we developed an Agency Compensation Plan.  This plan allows for an agent to represent, share and sell our products and earn revenue based on a tiered compensation model.  In other words, you are rewarded for your own efforts, and for the efforts of others that you lead and train as agents. Solo agents and agency builders have the same criteria for rank promotions and bonus pools.  Please review the table below for revenue percentages based on the gross commission-able value of sales.

08 / AGENCY BUILDER COMPENSATION PLAN - W/AGENCY STARTUP KIT 

When an agent purchases the optional agency startup kit including the TeleMedicine package it unlocks additional compensation opportunities for that agent.  We understand that those agents purchasing the ASK are making a long term commitment and are serious about building their agency and generating long term residual income.  Therefore, the company is going to reward those agents by:

  1. Unlocking all 7 tiers of compensation immediately

  2. Giving an immediate 20% increased commission payout of the first 3 tiers of your agency

  3. Giving full access to our multi-million dollar sales training platform known as the Health Alliance University

NOTE:  Bonuses are paid out in addition to the increased compensation plan above.  No commissions or compensation is paid on the sale of a stand alone Agency Startup Kit.  All benefits of the ASK program can be earned over time by any Agent.

10 / AGENT COMPENSATION PLAN - EMPLOYER PACKAGES

There is tremendous opportunity to sell our TeleMedicine packages to Employers, Groups, Associations, Governments and Agencies.  The employer packages require the employer to purchase a minimum of 3 TeleMedicine packages and be billed to and paid for by the employer. 

 

The employer compensation model is paid out on 2 tiers; the selling agent and the selling agent's enroller.  The commissions are heavily weighted to the selling agent, as these types of sales are generally based on the pre-existing or developed relationship by the selling agent.  The secondary commissions are paid to the agent's enroller as a support mechanism to encourage the agent's enroller to assist in sales as needed.
