Jumpstart Your Business with a Plan

The success of any organization is highly dependent on having a plan and taking action.  We have developed this Agency Checklist to give you a plan outline to get you headed in the right direction with a good foundation for growth.

Step 1

The best time to get started is now!

First, now that you have made the decision to join the team at Health Alliance Network make it your first priority to get familiar with your Telemedicine Package.

1.  If you haven't done so already, download the TeleMedicine App at www.HealthAllianceNetwork.com/GetApp

2.  After downloading the Mobile App set up your profile by answering a few simple questions that will aid the Clinical professionals in giving your a proper diagnosis.

3.  Look through the desktop or mobile app to get familiar with the look, feel and how it works.  

1.  Log into your Agency Operations Services site.  www.YOURNAME.HealthAllianceNetwork.com and begin to review all the tabs, left to right starting with Home.

There are many helpful tools in the Agency Operations Services site including training and marketing support tools.  Get familiar with the tools.

2.  Stay engaged and in communication with your sponsor.  Developing a support system and community is critical in building a business.

3.  Review the Documents in your Agency Operations Service site under Agreements starting with:

a.  Policy and Procedures - These are critical to understanding the presenting the business model to others.

b.  Compensation Plan - Know how you are paid

c.  Agency Startup Kit - Understanding the Benefits of the ASK program

4.  Activate Your eWallet

a.  After your activation you will receive an email from PayQuicker within 48 hours to activate your PayQuicker (eWallet) account.

b.  Log into your PayQuicker account and activate.

c.  Order your complimentary Health Alliance Network Debit/Visa card.

5.  Activate Health Alliance University basic training, you will receive:

a.  An email from PowerSalesUniversity within about 48 hours from sign up.

b.  Log into your training account, your default password is your agent code.

c.  Review the Health Alliance Network videos

     1.  Product review

     2.  How shopping cart works

     3.  How to enroll another agent

6.  If you haven't done so already, purchase the Agency Startup Kit with Unlimited Telemedicine.  This purchase affords you many additional financial and sales training opportunities as you build your business. (refer to the compensation plan) After purchase you will receive:

a.  An email from PowerSalesUniversity within about 48 hours from sign up.

b.  Log into your training account, your default password is your agent code.

c.  Start reviewing Sales and Business Training videos from Jason Evans.

7.  Start participating in weekly call ins from your team leaders to stay engaged and learn more about Health Alliance Network.

8.  Hit the ground running!  To fully activate and unlock your commissions sell a minimum of three (3) retail telemedicine plans.

9.  Stay up to date on events and news by clicking "My Back Office" in the upper left menu, then scroll down to the events just under "Order History".
